Session and plan compliance

How closely a completed ride matched the planned session — effort blend, TSS/IF/duration ratios, interval execution, last-rep fade, surges, and recent plan completion rate. Heuristics from the planning domain; not new physiology.

Athlete summary

After a planned ride, Koyaro scores how closely you rode what was on the calendar — not how “good” the ride was physiologically. A hard race that replaced an endurance day can be a great session and a low compliance score.

MetricMeaningFormula (catalog)
Effort complianceBlended match of load / intensity / duration vs planPlanning completion blend
TSS ratioActual TSS ÷ planned TSSactual_TSS / planned_TSS
IF deltaActual IF minus planned IFactual_IF − planned_IF
Duration ratioActual duration ÷ planned durationactual_duration / planned_duration
Interval executionShare of work-interval seconds inside the target bandTime-in-zone across work steps
Last-rep fadePower drop last work rep vs first (positive = faded)(first − last) / first × 100
Surge countPower spikes above target during work intervalsThreshold crossings
Plan complianceShare of recent planned sessions completed as scheduledCompletion rate

Planned TSS itself is a whole-ride Coggan score — see Planned session TSS/IF from workout structure.
