Multi-sport, one brain
Cycling first — then a platform that understands how run, swim, and strength load the same athlete without siloed apps fighting each other.
About
We’re cyclists and sports-interested builders. In an era full of AI summaries and siloed fitness apps, we were missing a coach that combines sports science with AI to take a genuinely data-driven approach to training and well-being.
The gap
Wearables, head units, power meters, nutrition logs, sleep scores — the modern athlete generates a torrent of signal. Most tools either socialize that data, display it on a dashboard, or bolt on an AI recap that cannot explain a prescription.
We wanted something different: an app that uses sports science as the source of truth, and AI as the interface that makes the science usable every day. Numbers you can trust. Recommendations you can interrogate. A plan that adapts when life and readiness change.
A lot of data is already recorded about your training and your body. Why not use it — carefully, transparently — to improve fitness and well-being?
Where we’re going
Today Koyaro is a science-first cycling training OS. The vision is bigger: deep integration into the sports ecosystem — multi-sport support, club and team workflows, and a single system that uses everything it knows about your body, nutrition, and training to optimize performance and well-being.
Cycling first — then a platform that understands how run, swim, and strength load the same athlete without siloed apps fighting each other.
Shared calendars, coach roles, and roster-level insight — without losing the personal physiology model each athlete deserves.
Training, nutrition, recovery, equipment, and race context in one loop. The body is not a ride file; the coach shouldn’t pretend it is.
How we build
The coaching brain is a deterministic, literature-minded science engine. The AI layer explains, adapts, and converses — constrained by that engine. That is the product bet: trust at the speed of a chat interface.

Coming next
Multi-athlete dashboards, shared plans, and coach roles are on the roadmap. Leave your email — we’ll reach out when club tooling opens.
Start with cycling. Bring your history. Grow into the platform we’re building.
