What you need to start

A power meter or heart-rate monitor, one live way to bring history in, and no forced ramp test. That is enough to start when you’re invited off the waitlist.

Hardware

Train with numbers you already have

Koyaro is built for serious cyclists who already ride with a power meter or heart-rate monitor. Those streams feed fitness, zones, and readiness — the same science engine whether the ride was outdoors or indoors.

You do not need a ramp test to get going. When you have power history, Koyaro can estimate eFTP from your power curve for you to confirm. Setup is not blocked on a protocol you do not need.

Bring history in

What works today

Live ingest paths today:

  • Wahoo — direct OAuth into Koyaro for rides
  • intervals.icu — sync ride history (and forward device rides you already send there)
  • .FIT upload — drop activity files when you want a direct path
  • Apple Health — sleep / HRV / wellness import (not bike activities)

Pick one activity pipe per athlete so ride history stays coherent; Apple Health wellness can sit alongside it. Prefer a single aggregator? Link devices to intervals.icu first, then sync intervals.icu into Koyaro. Details live on integrations.

Garmin and Zwift direct sync

Native Garmin Connect and Zwift activity sync are in progress — not available today. Until those land, use Wahoo, intervals.icu, or .FIT files for rides — and Apple Health for sleep / HRV / wellness if you want that pipe. Strava is not a live ingest path into Koyaro (including Strava-only via intervals.icu).

After import, finish goals and philosophy while the engine recomputes fitness and zones. The dashboard should fill from your files — not sit empty waiting for a library of canned workouts.

Bring your meter. Join when there’s room.

Closed beta is waitlist-only. We’ll invite you when there’s a seat — then import and start a living plan.
